Please ensure all hygiene seals and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
